Perry and Dex take a trip to a fancy hotel and Perry manages to almost get herself killed. Again.

It's 100% Dex's fault.

You know in the movies when you shout at the heroine note to do that stupid thing? Well prepare.

So this one was a bit slow for me. I still love Perry and Dex but it did feel a little dragged out and I was honestly baffled by them not figuring out who the skinwalker was from like the minute they got to Red Fox. It was beyond obvious. I'm not sure they'll do well at this ghost hunting business if they don't start to get a bit wise.

Having a lovely time BR this with Momo and Marcie (and Elsbeth when she is not engrossed in the Olympics). It's great to have the moral support and I suspect I'm going to need them more and more as this series develops. There is a lot still not being said and I think that Perry is really holding out on us.

Dex and Billy Joel. I can't even!!!

And we are off to New Mexico!!! YAY!!! New Mexico is next on my big US trip list.

Karina Halle you have my attention. This has been on my to-read shelf for over three years. It has been actually on my kindle for two, so of course, it makes perfect sense that I start it when RL is ridiculously hectic. Why not eh?

I blame Marcie, Momo and Elsbeth. And tequila.

ADORE Perry and I am intrigued by Dex. This really feels like a 'setting the stage' book but I am excited about what's going to be on that stage.

I can't cope with how beautiful the Oregon coast is. And I also want to watch Goonies again!
